The Exerfly App connects via WiFi to the Exerfly range of flywheel training equipment to provides feedback per rep (average and Max) on statistics like force, speed, power, energy, RFD, overload and more.
The app also controls the motorized Exerfly equipment to provide a higher eccentric overload than the user can exert themselves.
